New Maisie Dobbs book excellent read

Jacqueline Winspear’s latest novel, Leaving Everything Most Loved, is set in London in 1933 and follows Maisie Dobbs, our intrepid investigator/psychologist as she tracks a double-murderer.

As always, Ms. Winspear’s story is sensitive and thought provoking as our heroine faces changes in her life, some that take her in new directions. I was happy to see one of the central characters make an exit (won’t give it away) and hope it’s for good. Looking forward to the next Maisie Dobbs book to see where the journey takes her.
